Who should take this seminar?

Participants must have at least five years of professional work experience. Seminar components include business vocabulary, topical lectures, cross-cultural studies, and company analyses. Attendees actively participate in simulated business meetings, give presentations, and discuss business lectures. The seminar also features a strong experiential emphasis consisting of industry expert guest speakers and targeted fieldwork, which may include business visits, research or case studies. Participants must provide their own transportation for field observations.

  • Aug 2 - 27 (Note: Participants can join the seminar on any Monday in August and stay for one to four weeks, according to the topics they would like to study.)

The seminar will be organized around one-week modules as follows:


  • August 2 - 6: U.S. Business Culture & Leadership
  • August 9 - 13: Financial Services
  • August 16 - 20 : Mergers & Acquisitions
  • August 23 - 27: Marketing

 

Program Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 1-4 weeks
  • 20 hours per week

Applicants must submit the following with the application:

  1. Professional work resume
  2. Brief statement describing and confirming your English proficiency at a high-intermediate level or higher and your current use of English

Cost (In U.S. Dollars):

Application Fee: $150 (non-refundable)
Tuition 1 Week: $800
Tuition 2 Weeks: $1,500
Tuition 3 Weeks: $2,200
Tuition 4 Weeks: $2,900
Student Services Fee: $125 (1-4 weeks)

Materials Fee: $20 per one-week session
