LAUNCH Certificate Program

Business Analysis

To retain a competitive advantage, businesses must operate efficiently and effectively. Business Analysts are needed to identify and evaluate current procedures and develop strategies to assist management in making decisions which result in company growth and stability.

This program prepares an individual with techniques for researching, gathering, and analyzing information in a manner that leads to effective decision making. The program focuses on teaching participants how to use tools such as information technology in the evaluation of daily processes and development of procedures to strategically improve them.

The program consists of five courses which may be completed in one academic year. UCSD students receive a substantial discount through Extension's Complimentary Enrollment Program.

NOTE: Preparatory courses are taken at the discretion of the student. Fees for those classes are the student's responsibility.
