Program

LAUNCH Coaching

Each student is connected with the LAUNCH coach during the program to help them plan and prepare themselves with the skills, knowledge and abilities that will make the difference in landing that all-important first job upon graduation. Some of those abilities include:

• Communication on a personal and group level - electronically, in print and face-to-face.
• Research and analysis to find and interpret information about companies and jobs.
• Networking with employers, working professionals and alumni who understand successful transitions.
• Attitudes and expectations regarding work that make you a desirable new hire.

Students are guided by their coach to resources, workshops and information from various programs on campus, online and elsewhere to help them in their pursuit of skill development. LAUNCH-sponsored workshops are available throughout the year to provide instruction and support where needed.
