should take this course? |
|
Summer Session is for anyone with strong English
skills who would like to take one or more university
level courses during the summer. If you are studying
at a university in your home country, you may
be able to get credit for summer session courses
taken at UCSD. If you have always wanted to experience
life on an American campus while enriching your
education, Summer Session is for you.

| Prerequisites |
|
During
the summer, the regular UCSD university courses
are open to the public. You do not have to be
admitted to UCSD to take these courses. However,
you must have 213 on the computer-based TOEFL, 79 on the internet-based TOEFL (iBT) or passing results on Cambridge Advanced or Proficiency exams.

There
are two convenient ways to enroll:

2) 2009 Summer Session Application available in March 2009.

Selection - Important Information |

Due to the challenging
nature of Summer Session's intense format, it is
best for students to enroll in lower-division courses
because of the intensive format in the 5-week Summer
Sessions.
Students seeking
to enroll in an upper-division course, are responsible
for satisfying all prerequisites of the course before
enrolling.
