2-Week Conversation Plus

Who should take this course?

This program will help you improve your fluency and conversational ability in English. You will participate in organized recreational and social activities while you learn. All levels of English proficiency.

Other Requirements to be submitted 30 days before the published program start-date:

  • TB Assessment Form (sent at the time UC San Diego Extension International Programs sends acceptance materials)

  • Medical Insurance Verification form (if student chooses to use their own medical insurance and not UC San Diego Medical Insurance) For the minimum coverage requirements click here

  • Monday - Friday

What this course includes:

The 2-Week Conversation Plus emphasizes the study of American culture and lifestyle, and the improvement of your fluency in English. Classes include daily practice in speaking, listening, and reading with limited time spent on grammar. One field trip and one guest speaker presentation are integrated into the language-learning curriculum through well-designed lessons.

Additional Books and Materials: Approximately $100
