Refund & Cancellation Policies
All application, testing, international student service, insurance, and on-campus housing fees are non-refundable. Refunds are given through the mode of original payment. Agent-referred students receive refunds through the agent.

*Please note for Academic COnnections:
- Tution is not refunded for students who arrive late for the program, who leave because of homesickness, or who are dismissed from the program
- All refund requests must be made in writing to: ipadmission@ucsd.edu. You will receive a confirmation of your request. Approved refunds will take approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Refunds are issued in the same method of payment (check or charge) of payment.
