Agencies (also known as educational counselors) are partners who will help you to fill out your application in order to apply to our programs. They can help students with information about our programs and with travel and visa arrangements. PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL OF THE AGENTS AND EDUCATIONAL COUNSELORS WITH WHOM WE WORK ARE LISTED ON THIS PAGE.
If you would like to confirm whether or not the agent you are working with is an official partner of UC San Diego Extension International Programs, please contact ipmarketing@ucsd.edu.
Who should use agencies?
Students who:
- Are unsure of where to study
- Need help getting a student visa
- Want "one-stop" service of application, travel, and visa advice
Is there extra cost?
There is no difference in costs for our programs if students enroll directly or through an agent. Business practice is different in each country, so in some cases agents will charge a service fee to help you with issues such as obtaining your student visa, helping you with travel arrangements, or giving you more detailed counseling.
