| 6-month
Program vs. Academic Year (9-month) |
The
Business Management Academic Year program combines the
Business Management 6-month program, for which student receive one certificate in Business Management with an emphasis in their selected area. Students choose one
of the following emphases: Pre-MBA, Marketing, Finance
or Human Resources.
During
the first and second quarters, students
take the same classes depending on your chosen area of emphasis. Students in the Academic Year
program further develop their skills during the third
quarter, and recieve a second certificate in their area of emphasis.
Both programs include daytime and evening classes. The
daytime classes are specifically designed to meet the
needs of international students and cover foundations
of general business. During evening classes, participants
will be studying alongside American adults.
Students
who excel in the Certificate Program may choose to continue
for the 3rd quarter, but will not obtain the cost benefits
of originally enrolling in the Academic Year. Adding on a third quarter once a program begins costs an additional $1500 USD. Students are encouraged to make this decision before beginning the program.
