The HR Exchange is a network of individuals and organizations dedicated to improving business results and the employment relationship through the application of strategic HR management practices. Regular meetings, events and web-based resources provide education and information to HR professionals and other business leaders.

HR Management Certificate Program

Acknowledged as San Diego's premier HR Certificate, this program prepares individuals to be effective HR generalists. Taught by expert practitioners, the program emphasizes practical skills and information.

Each Fall, a cohort of HR directors take part in 13 weekly professional development sessions. You will develop a strategic plan, a personal/professional plan, & an invaluable network of new contacts and resources.

HR Exchange programs and events are open to all. Students and alumni of UC San Diego Extension's HR Leadership and HR Management Certificate programs are eligible for price discounts.

HR Exchange promotes company growth by building the role of the HR department as a strategic business partner. We serve San Diego's community with HR management education, information sharing and networking. By design, our events and programs are interactive.
