Student ID Request

If you would like to register for a course and you do not have a United States Social Security Number or would simply prefer not to use your SSN, please fill out the following form to request a Student ID number. After you fill out and submit the form below, we will contact you within 2 business days by email. This email will contain your personal student ID number, which you can then use to register for any online course through our online registration system.
