Academic Achievement
Professional certificate programs require a minimum of 20 units of continuing education credit, or 200 hours of classroom hours, and require approximately the same amount of coursework. You may take one or two courses prior to registering for your intended certificate program.
A wealth of career resources and counseling services are available to certificate registrants through Extension's Student Services. Be sure to register for your certificate program as soon as possible, to ensure you get the most out of your experience with us. Prerequisites vary by program.

- Complete all required courses and your chosen electives with a grade of C- or better, within five years.
- Submit your Notice of Completion online, or by mail to the address specified above.
