Human Resource Leadership Program

Intensive and interactive, the HR Leadership program develops and polishes HR professionals’ critical management skills. Participants reevaluate the effectiveness of their current HR practices, then improve them or create new strategies. The program is designed to accelerate advancement for HR professionals positioning themselves for more strategic roles and is particularly appropriate for HR generalists with a strong background in HR basics who recognize a need to expand their knowledge of contemporary management theory and best HR practices. The Fall 2009 program will begin with a Saturday kick off session on September 19th, followed by weekly Thursday night class sessions.
