Human Resource Leadership Program

The HR Leadership Program was designed for very busy HR management professionals (e.g., HR Managers, Directors, and VPs) who want to gain practical ideas and a lasting network of resources in just three months.

• A "for your eyes only" 360º survey of how stakeholders in your company think you and the HR function can be instrumental for business success
• Metrics you can use to show the business value of HR
• Practical ideas from innovative companies and HR leaders delivered through interactive discussions with you
• A development plan to keep your career success on track
• A trusted group of HR professionals you can count on when you need
• Up to 40 hours of training credits toward your PHR/SPHR renewal

The program consists of 13 sessions from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Thursdays.

Scholarship Opportunities Available!
Graduates of UC San Diego Extension’s Human Resource Leadership Program are making a significant difference in San Diego’s workplaces. That’s why some of the program’s long-time supporters – including Morrison & Foerster, Lee Hecht Harrison, Mercer, HR Solutions and the National HR Association of San Diego (NHRA) – have generously agreed to provide the tuition for two deserving candidates in the fall quarter program.
