On the federal side, there is an increased emphasis on managing more effectively and disposing of waste. Explore various dimensions of corporate and federal real property management, including development and management of real estate master plans and management of the assets. Discuss concepts in the context of strategic planning and gain an understanding of the basics of commercial real estate, planning and decision-making.
