Review the function of primary building components and systems, including the structure, building envelope, mechanical and electrical systems and fire life safety systems. Discover how different components work; typical problems; and repair, restoration and maintenance alternatives. Also explore technology applications that help facility managers manage the assets more efficiently, including maintenance, space and project management software. Applications for condition assessment & capital planning, ERP systems, and CAD & GIS will also be discussed.
