Employee Volunteerism for Enrichment & Retention

In today’s tough economic times, there is little budget for employee development and retention programs but an employee volunteerism program may be a low-cost alternative. Learn how smart firms are using volunteer activities to enrich their communities, nurture leadership talent, build teamwork and loyalty. Often the best employees yearn to make a difference as well as make a living and a well-designed volunteerism program can enable them to do both. This course will include guest speakers from Volunteer San Diego.
