Portfolio Management

Organizations are recognizing the need to manage all of their projects using a portfolio strategy in order to maximize benefits, resources, and investment returns. This course addresses the complexities of project portfolio management including the following areas: defining and implementing strategic direction, initiating and sustaining the project portfolio, providing proactive leadership through shifting priorities, and determining effective criteria and metrics assessment and reporting.
