Healthcare Executive Leadership Program- Business Skills

The focus of this module is BUSINESS SKILLS. With heavy emphasis on both individual and team work, concepts to enhance your understanding of the fundamentals of our healthcare system are taught by experienced practitioners and business leaders. Classes focus on History and Economics of Healthcare, Healthcare Finance, Operations, Quality Improvement, Information Systems, and Organizational Strategy and Marketing.
