Healthcare Executive Leadership Program- Management Skills

This course provides you with a road map to meeting challenges and achieving successes as a leader in healthcare. Learn from experienced practitioners and business leaders who work in healthcare management. Topics include: Leadership, Organizational Power & Politics, Organizational Development, Managing People in Teams and in Organizations, Human Resource Law, Leadership Assessment, Business Planning and Professional Presentations.
