The CLAD Through CTEL Orientation provides individuals interested in the English Learner Added Authorization (CLAD) Through CTEL Program with a clear understanding of the entire program, including its scope and goals, requirements, standards, the procedures that affect competencies, and field experience(s) in order to earn a California English Learner Added Authorization. It is mandatory for applicants entering Extension's English Learner Added Authorization (CLAD) Through CTEL program. It is mandatory for applicants entering Extension’s Intercampus Education Consortium English Learner Added Authorization (CLAD) Through CTEL program.

Note: Participants must have an application on file prior to enrolling in this course.

You must register for this course with the Pass/Fail Grade Option. If you take the course with the Not For Credit (NFC) option you must retake the course at your own expense in order to be eligible for a English Learner Added Authorization.
