Immunoinformatics

This course provides an overview of the modern field of immunoinformatics and will be taught by leading experts in the field. Participants will learn new skills and obtain a hands-on experience in solving real-life immunological problems using biological databases and bioinformatics methods available on the Internet. Topics include prediction of immune epitopes, vaccine discovery, modeling of host-pathogen interactions and computational systems immunology.

Note: Basic knowledge of immunology and bioinformatics is suggested but not required.
