Demystifying Narrative Point of View

Have you ever been told that the POV in your story is muddled, off-target, or just plain wrong? Were you left wondering what POV is and how can you fix it? The element of narrative point of view (POV) is vital in the telling of any story. This course will take the mystery out of point of view by first examining what the term really means. We will then explore examples of fiction that successfully utilize various points of view. You will then get hands-on experience through in-class exercises where you will write from various perspectives, and learn how to choose the right perspective for the right story.
