Building Bridges to Baja

Join us on three day trip to Baja California, Mexico! You may work on projects such as painting a school, retro-fitting a building for special needs children, and planting a garden. Mexican government officials will welcome the group and provide a briefing on the history and culture of the area. Local non-governmental organizations (NGOs) will present a program on the needs of the area and the issues they are addressing. Evening cultural activities are planned. These experiences will help you determine if global volunteering is right for you and provide realistic, hands-on experience working in a foreign country.
