Simultaneous Interpretation: Theory & Practice
This course offers the opportunity to learn and apply simultaneous interpretation techniques at your own pace. Designed as an independent study, students interpret conference speeches dealing with politics, current affairs, medicine, international news and motivational topics.
Note: prerequisites: Successful completion of Entrance Exam and "Introduction to Translation and Interpretation" (LING-4A002). Requirement for the Professional Certificate in Translation and Interpretation (Spanish/English).
Other Credit: 5 points of ATA Continuing Education in Category A.
