Coding I
Principles and conventions for covering ICD-9-CM Coding techniques by body system and disease process including endocrine, nutritional, metabolic, blood, parasitic diseases, immunity disorders, respiratory, digestive, sense organs, nervous system, and infectious diseases. Pathology concepts will be emphasized as they relate to these body systems. Laboratory includes introduction to actual medical record examples.
