Research confirms that your career is the cornerstone of your personal well-being. Yet sadly less than two in ten people are fully engaged with their work. Our work-happiness mismatch is driven by three big challenges.
First, we don’t know what we really want, so we often try to copy others’ success or simply fall into careers we didn’t choose. Second, we aren’t clear on what we both enjoy and most naturally excel at. Third, we work for the wrong employer. We may like our work intrinsically, but our working circumstances trigger relentless stress.
But work does not have to be drudgery, exhausting, or unfulfilling. If you are wishing or searching for a career that more perfectly fits who you are and what you desire, this three-session course is designed to help you find it once and for all.
You’ll use 8 assessments and exercises and join a community of peer supporters that are designed to pinpoint where to invest your time and energy to attain your best future. You’ll also develop a step-by-step action plan to take you there. If you are looking for your best career, please join us.
