Playwriting II
What are your play’s strengths? Where does it falter? What's it really about? In this workshop you will read your play aloud and get feedback from other writers on how to take it to the next level. You will receive in-depth critique on one of your plays and will read passages from one or two others. Read-and-critique is a key component of the class, but there may also be reading assignments, lectures, and writing and revision exercises.
Note: prerequisite: Playwriting I (WCWP-40188) or equivalent knowledge. Bring one completed play and several works in progress to class.
Course Number: WCWP-40195 Credit: 3 units
