Short Story Writing II
What are your story's strengths? Where does it falter? What's it really about? In this workshop you will read your story aloud and get feedback from other writers on how to take it to the next level. You will receive in-depth critique on one of your short stories and will read passages from one or two others. Read-and-critique is a key component of the class, but there may also be reading assignments, lectures, and writing and revision exercises.
Note: prerequisite: Short Story I (WCWP-40185) or equivalent knowledge. Bring your works-in-progress to class.
Course Number: WCWP-40199 Credit: 1.5 units
