Writing the Dining Review

Dining out can be one of the most enjoyable parts of a vacation, weekend, or even day. To add to the experience, learn what goes into writing a successful food review. In doing so you can branch out anywhere from a personal journal of dining experiences to food reviews in the newspaper or even travel writing. This class will not only cover the fundamentals of writing but, also, what to take out of a full, rewarding culinary experience.
