Introduction to Nutrition Science is an asynchronous three-unit course designed to introduce you to the basic principles of Nutrition Science. Course participants will learn about macro and micronutrients, digestion, nutrition throughout the lifecycle, food safety and technology and nutrition for an active lifestyle. Participants will also conduct a thorough self-dietary analysis.
