Monique Inciarte teaches Spanish to English Translation I, Theory & Practice of Translation, and Introduction to Court Interpretation for the Translation certificate and Translation & Interpretation certificate programs. She holds a PhD in Comparative Literature from UC Berkeley and is a Federally and State Certified Court Interpreter. She has interpreted in multiple settings for 20 years, has translated documents for various clients and has done voice work and dubbing. Inciarte currently coordinates the National Hispanic University's Translation and Interpretation Program.
