Ali Olson-Pacheco has taught a wide range of English language courses at UC Extensions, California Community Colleges, and private language schools since 2005. She has led digital content development projects for Kaplan Inc., managed online course content reviews at Ventura College, and written arts and entertainment articles with the
Santa Barbara Independent.
Ali is committed to online teaching practices that support the success of
all students and strives to view students through an empathetic, equity-minded lens. She earned an M.Ed in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (Alliant International University) and a B.A. in Comparative Literature / Professional Writing (UC Santa Barbara). Ali teaches
Grammar Lab for UC San Diego Extension’s
Copyediting Certificate Program.
