Allen H. Harris has an M.S. in Systems Engineering and Management, as well as a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Allen has over 20 years of professional experience in DoD acquisition programs and gas turbine propulsion engineering. He currently supports the Joint Program Executive Office at Booz Allen Hamilton.
