Asitha Seneviratne is a Project Controls Lead at the HNTB Corporation. He had previously served as a senior civil engineer at SANDAG where he managed TransNet scheduling efforts. He has more than 20 years of project management experience in various industrial applications including transit infrastructure development and soil/groundwater remediation. Seneviratne has a Ph.D. in civil engineering, is a California licensed Professional Engineer and a certified project management professional.
