Christine Stansall
CEDS

Christine Stansall began her legal career in 1995 after graduating from UC San Diego and obtaining her paralegal certificate from University of San Diego’s ABA-approved program. She went on to earn the Certified Paralegal and Advanced Certified Paralegal certifications from the National Association of Legal Assistants and the California Advanced Specialist in Discovery from the Commission for Certification of California Paralegals.

Ms. Stansall’s traditional paralegal career evolved into EDiscovery and litigation support as she saw that tech know-how is as important as legal training in litigation. In 2015, she earned the title of ACEDS Fellow from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists at UC Irvine’s E-Discovery program. Currently, she is the litigation support analyst at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch, where she assists the legal teams in every phase of litigation, from legal holds, collections, early case assessments, document review, productions, motions practice, to trial presentations. Ms. Stansall is trained to use Relativity, Eclipse, CaseMap, TextMap, TimeMap, Trial Director, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint.

Ms. Stansall’s 22-year legal career has garnered her experience in law office operations; business, corporate and real property; civil and business litigation; estate planning, trust administration and probate; and intellectual property matters. She is a member of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists and the San Diego chapter of the Women in E-Discovery, and she regularly attends the monthly San Diego ESI Forum sessions.
