With over 20 years experience in workplace learning and organizational development, Cindy has created and implemented programs in the areas of: leadership and career development, customer service, performance management, onboarding, and employee engagement. She was the San Diego Regional Trainer for Nordstrom and an instructor for the Grossmont/Cuyamaca Community College District. She most recently retired as the manager of Culture & Learning for the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority and is currently an instructor of performance management with the University of California San Diego Extension Program. She holds a Doctorate of Education from San Diego State University and the University of San Diego. Her research examined the impact workplace learning has on organizational excellence.
