Liz Ramirez is RHIA and CCS credentialed and holds her MBA in healthcare management as well as her bachelor's in health information management. She has been working at UC San Diego Health Systems for the last 6 years, starting as a coder and advanced to auditor/educator. In this role she supports coding staff in increasing their knowledge and skills, and coordinates with quality, performance improvement and clinical documentation improvement teams on any identified coding issues.
