Gabriel De La Rosa earned a master's and Ph.D. in industrian and organizational psychology from Bowling Green State University. He has worked with medium- and large- sized organizations on projects related to employee selection, statistical analyses, survey design, experimental and non-experimental research designs. In addition, he has worked as an internal and external consultant, conducting quantitative and qualitative research projects and presenting results to executives, managers and front line employees.
In his current role as an industrial and organizational psychologist with the Naval Center for Combat and Operational Stress Control, De La Rosa works with a multidisciplinary team of practitioners and researchers to understand organizational factors impacting performance. He uses psychometric practices to create psychological measures for large scale implementation. Additionally, he is responsible for conducting, documenting and communicating research to diverse audiences. He also provides consulting on advanced analytical solutions to key stakeholders.
