Jerry Buckley is an experienced fundraising professional and the president of Buckley Consulting Group, a full-service enterprise that works with not for profit organizations to enhance their management, fundraising, strategic planning, public affairs and board development programs. He served as vice president of external affairs and chief development officer for the California Center for the Arts, Escondido, as well as director of development of the Gemological Institute of America where his efforts resulted in scores of major gifts from global donors. Buckley has held a number of executive level positions in various fields including vice president for special gifts at Scripps Health Foundation, executive director of Vista Hill Foundation, president of Torrey Pines High School Foundation and president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, San Diego. In addition, he served as board secretary, Mo'olelo Performing Arts, San Diego; board member and past chair, Front Runners and Walkers San Diego; and is currently a development committee member and vice chair of the Balboa Park Conservancy, San Diego.
