James Franklin is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and civil engineer with over thirty years of environmental and infrastructure project experience. His career includes over twenty-five years of Project and Program Management of government contracts valued at over $500M. He is currently a senior project manager for Wood, a company focusing on the delivery of project, engineering and technical services in energy, industry, environment and infrastructure. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and Project Management Institute. James is passionate about teaching and operates PMmapping, a training and consulting organization helping project managers discover essential tools and strategies to improve project outcomes.
