Jeanne Grosset is a Natural Health Specialist & Culinary Medicine Instructor for UCSD's Center for Integrative Medicine. She is the lead instructor for the Natural Healing & Cooking Program and multiple research study groups. Jeanne is a seasoned macrobiotic chef/counselor, event coordinator, graphic designer and former entrepreneur in the vegan food industry. Opening one of the first 100% organic, plant-based meal services in Los Angeles in 2006.
Jeanne is the President of the Vegetarian Educational Institute, a non-profit dedicated to "making health fun" for all ages. She is the Retreat Director for VEI's yearly Summer Retreat at Pinecrest Lake and loves to teach at various health events around the world throughout the year.
