Kelly Doyle has over 12 years of storm water management and inspector experience in California and Hawaii. She is a member of the SWRCB’s IGPTT developing the QISP training program, member of the CASQA Training and Education Committee, Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), California Trainer of Record (ToR) and QSD/QSP #33. Doyle is currently assisting clients' transition to the new IGP, including updating SWPPPs, reducing outdoor exposure to storm water, implementing minimum BMPs and training facility operators.
