Kimberly Rideout Cardoso

Kimberly Rideout Cardoso is a former director of philanthropy for Palomar Health Foundation. Kim has spent decades working for non-profits including Harvey Mudd College, Scripps College for Women, University of California at Riverside, and University of California at Irvine.  Kim has served CASE District VII, AGPN, and North County Philanthropy Council Board. 

Accomplishments include leading the professional fundraising efforts that saved the Forensic Health Services for North San Diego County, leading the Annual Giving team that together raised $2.9MM and achieved 59% alumnae participation at Scripps College for Women, growing a technology firm's customer database from scratch to more than 4,000 prospects, and cultivating chardonnay grapes.

Kim brings enthusiasm for connecting people to each other, strategic thinking, attention to detail, innate curiosity, and heart to her work.

In a volunteer capacity Kim has served non-profits including CASE District VII, AGPN, NCPC, and PTA. 

Kim earned her BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara in Biology in Creative Studies and her EMBA from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
