Leslie Solomon
BA, MS, PhD


Leslie has over 25 years of experience maximizing human potential for growth, performance, and meaning in work.

She has extensive experience and expertise in healthcare leadership development, talent management, quality process improvement, change and transformation. In addition to her work with healthcare executives, Leslie is a sought-after keynote speaker on topics including: interpersonal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, team performance, and organization culture.

Prior to joining FMG Leading, Leslie was Vice President of Culture and Talent Planning for Palomar Health, with oversight of performance management, talent development, culture integration and leadership development.

Her co-authored article, Building a Physician Culture for Healthcare Transformation: A Hospital’s Leadership Challenge, was featured in Frontiers of Health Services Management, an American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) publication. Leslie’s research interests focus on leadership values and transformational growth.  Her doctoral dissertation examined the impact of value dilemmas on leadership identity.  Her co-authored article, Building a Physician Culture for Healthcare Transformation: A Hospital’s Leadership Challenge, was featured in Frontiers of Health Services Management, an American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) publication. Leslie’s research interests focus on leadership values and transformational growth.

Leslie has served on several boards of community non-profit organizations in a board development capacity. One of these organizations, Words Alive! has grown to over 500 volunteers offering essential literacy services to underserved students and families.
