Maria is the Assistant Director for Business Programs at UCSD Extended Studies.
With more than twenty years of experience in the education field, Maria has worked for most of the major universities in San Diego, acquiring specialized skills as an adjunct at Grossmont College and SDSU, as well as an administrator at USD’s MBA Program, and SDSU’s prestigious International Business Program.
A native of Italy, she has resided in various countries and nurtured a passion for international education, which brought her to work with individuals from all over the world and the most diverse backgrounds.
Maria received her BA in Linguistics and Translation & Interpretation at SSITT Institute in Torino and her Master’s degree in Education from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Italy.
