Mark Saverino is a licensed clinical social worker presently employed at Psychiatric Centers in San Diego as a full time psychotherapist , treating teenagers, adults and seniors for depression, anxiety and PTSD as well as other mental health disorders . He is also currently employed at Vitas Hospice providing clinical social work services for terminally ill patients and their families. Mark also provides complicated grief counseling and clinical supervision for their MSW staff at Vitas Hospice. Mark is employed at Elevate Therapy, a video and phone counseling service for the state of California. He has worked in social work positions at adult and children’s hospitals in the San Diego area where his work focused primarily in oncology, ICU and ER settings. He also has over ten years of experience working for San Diego and Sharp hospices in the past where he provided social work as well as individual and group bereavement counseling to terminally ill patients and their families.
