Peter Schuster, a Certified Public Accountant, has over 30 years’ experience as a financial executive. Peter currently serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee for Openet, a Dublin, Ireland based innovative provider of telecoms software. Peter served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Leidos, Inc. a $10B+ firm focused on delivering science and technology solutions and services primarily in the areas of national security, health and engineering Prior to joining Leidos, Peter spent 12 years at Litton Industries, in various positions including overseeing the internal audit function for Litton’s worldwide operations as well as being responsible for certain aspects of Litton’s merger and acquisition activities. Prior to joining Litton Peter was an Audit Manager at the international public accounting firm of Ernst & Young.
