Sarah Burns is the Director Of Research & Evaluation at San Diego Workforce Partnership, the local Workforce Development Board, designated by the City and County of San Diego. Sarah sets research priorities for local Workforce Development Board, including labor market analyses and reports on special populations. She also manages and executes on internal program evaluation strategy. Sarah also designs professional development offerings for career counselors and K-12 educators focusing on incorporating career and sector information into student experiences. She has a BA in Economics, Barnard College of Columbia University and a MST in Adolescent Mathematics, Fordham University Graduate School of Education. Sarah has been with SDWP for over three years as part of the leadership team.
