Tara Norton has over 20 years of experience successfully accelerating individuals, teams and organizations to achieve their goals and increase their overall effectiveness. Her human resources experience spans recruiting, training, career development, executive development/coaching, employee relations, compensation, benefits and organizational development. Norton has partnered with global Fortune 100 internal and external clients such as Cisco Systems, Resources Global Professionals, Gateway, Hard Rock Café, Walt Disney World and PepsiCo to define organization, technical and people needs to create strategic change initiatives and improve business results.
Norton holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Arts in communications and international business from the University of Arizona. She is a certified professional coach from New Ventures West and certified in over 11 leadership and team assessments. Additionally, Norton has served as a board member for National Human Resources Association, Executive Coaches of Orange County, Southern California Integral Coaches Network and American Society of Training and Development. She has also been an active speaker for Executive Coaches of Orange County, International Coaching Federation, Chapman University and an instructor for UC San Diego Extension.
