Tracey Berens has been an RN for over 40 years and a case manager since 1986. She holds the CCM certification as well as being a Certified Professional in Disability Case Management. She has worked for several workers compensation insurance carriers doing both field and telephonic case management and utilization review. Tracey is currently employed as an on-site workers compensation case manager and modified duty coordinator for the employees of a large San Diego hospital.
