Flourishing done well increases pen skills and elevates one's calligraphy work whether for personal enrichment or for commercial endeavors. This advanced course in English Round Hand will help you strengthen or expand your foundation in the pen skills needed to incorporate simple but elegant flourishes that can be as elaborate as the occasion requires. The curriculum is scaffolded with each session building off the previous one, enabling you to reinforce new concepts and build confidence. Individualized instruction together with demonstrations, reference materials, original art, and opportunities to explore media helps to create a well-rounded learning opportunity for everyone.
